You can place your orders through a password-protected account by registering on our website, logging-in and managing your purchases.
Re-ordering is easy and time-efficient as when you register and log into our online store, details such as your shipping address and billing information will be automatically filed to your username.
After placing an order on the Greatrex website you will receive an email with details of your purchases and the status of your order. Every time the status changes on your order you will receive an email advising you of your order’s current status. In this email will be freight prices for orders with multiple items as well as stock availability.
Any changes to your personal details can be reviewed and modified by logging in and clicking ‘account maintenance’ and then ‘account information’. Here you can also review your past purchases and your current order status.
When you order online using our website, we use a secure server using high-grade AES_ENCRYPT that encrypts all of your personal information to prevent unauthorised access to your details. All payments are processed through PayPal, however you are not required to set up your own PayPal account). We DO NOT store your credit card details on our website or server.
Through our e-Newsletter, Greatrex will keep you up to date on everything happening on the site and in-store. You will also receive updates about new and featured products, special deals and exclusive online offers. You have the option to unsubscribe at any point by sending a reply email with the subject as ‘stop’.

When finalising orders on the Greatrex website, you will see an option for freight. If you are purchasing one item, the freight price is fixed for that item and will be displayed in a pop up selection tab. If you are purchasing multiple items, please select the multiple items pop up tab option. After submitting your order you will receive a return email with the freight price for the items you are purchasing. A button will be attached that links to PayPal where you can proceed with payment. Greatrex Returns Policy
Please direct any queries regarding returns or warranty claims to the information in our Contact Us page.
Greatrex is happy to exchange your purchased goods providing all original packaging, parts, and accessories are included with the product and the product has not been used or damaged in any way. The product may be exchanged for other goods from Greatrex of equal value. If you would like to exchange the product for a product of higher value, the difference will be paid prior to despatch or on collection from our storefront. Any extra freight charges will be at your expense.
Warranty claims are not with Greatrex, but with the manufacturer of the product concerned. Where possible, Greatrex are happy to handle the return on your behalf when products are purchased through our on-line store or shopfront. All freight costs are at your expense. As warranty claims are not with Greatrex, this may take time for the manufacturer to process claims and replace products where the warranty is valid.
Terms and conditions of manufactures warranties are deemed by the manufacturer, not Greatrex. If the manufacturer gives you a store credit with Greatrex, Greatrex will not give a cash refund. The store credit must be used to purchase equipment/clothing from Greatrex.
Product manufacturers or their authorised service centres generally directly handle warranty claims.
All Returns sent back to Greatrex MUST BE pre-paid freight.
Bat Warranty Guidelines
* Once the packaging is removed from your new bat, unless there is a warranty claim we cannot accept exchanges.
* Returns and exchanges for opened or used bats under warranty are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
* Standard manufacturer warranties cover cracking, bending, or significant denting that may occur during normal field usage. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty for specific details, conditions and coverage.
Products to be returned will require a Return Authorisation Number (RA).
We cannot accept product returns without an RA.
* A copy of your order/invoice with your details, the product details etc.

* Contact details
* Reason for return
Where a particular manufacturer requires the product to be sent directly to them, we will provide the details in a return email.
The RA is valid for 10 days from its date of issue. Products arriving after this date may not be accepted.
When you have received the RA, it is important that you prepare the product for delivery in protective packaging. To enable us to give you excellent service, please include the following items:
* A copy of your original Purchase Order
* A copy of the return authorisation email
* Original packaging and ALL parts & accessory items included with the product
Write the RA clearly on the outside of the parcel/package so that your returned packages can be easily identified.
The address for product returns will be confirmed when you receive your RA Number.
Returned products will be inspected and tested to determine the exact nature of the fault. If a fault cannot be found we have the option of returning the product(s) back to you. In this instance, freight will be at your expense.
Once we have received your returned product(s) we will notify you and keep you updated on its progress.
Greatrex cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to products occurring in transit on return to our warehouse.
Greatrex may not accept product returns if any of the following apply:
* The product has been damaged due to unreasonable or unintended use
* Incomplete or missing parts
* The product has incurred normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty
* The customer has simply changed their mind or decided they do not like the goods

Our website has links to third party websites. Through these sites we may offer products and services. Whilst we include these sites for your convenience and use, we have neither responsibility nor liability for the content, activities or your use of these linked sites. Please check the privacy policies and statements of any linked sites as these are independent of our site.
